BACKGROUND: Michael is a licensed and bonded Pennsylvania Auctioneer and specializes in both Antiques and Fund Raising Auctions. In 2004 he was named Pennsylvania's Auctioneer of the Year by fellow Auctioneers. He is also a professional Personal Property Appraiser and is both a Graduate and Master Personal Property Appraiser (GPPA, MPPA), and is USPAP-certified. An Antiques Dealer for more than 30 years, he is a Past President of the Bucks County Antiques Dealers Association. Michael also works as a Home Downsizing Consultant, helping clients to move and downsize their homes. And as a Fund Raising Auctioneer he has been helping groups raise needed funds for good causes for more than 20 years. He has authored more than 20 books & eBooks in his areas of specialty, and his latest book "Home Downsizing in 4 Easy Steps" is available on Amazon.com. BACKGROUND:
David A. Emery, Vice President of The Marshall Financial Group, Inc., graduated from Lehigh University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He furthered his education at Baldwin Wallace College, earning his Masters of Business Administration.

Prior to entering the financial planning profession, Emery was employed by The Torrington Company, a division of Ingersoll Rand. He transitioned to a career in financial planning in 1997, gaining experience at both Prometheus Capital Management Corporation and at Univest Bank & Trust Company. He earned his Certified Financial Planner™ designation in 2003.

Emery has extensive expertise in helping families reduce the costs associated with educating their children and in helping divorcing clients understand the equitable distribution of marital assets and the unique financial challenges resultant from divorce. His technical training in these two areas is reflected in his Certified College Planning Specialist (CCPS) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA™) credentials.

BACKGROUND: Richard L. Newman has been practicing law for over 23 years. He currently focuses on Elder Law and Special Needs Planning.
